This system is already in use at <strong data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"827\">Antamina<\/strong>, as part of a collaboration that began in 2015. The system informs machine operators of the type, position, and distance of nearby vehicles or objects with <strong data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1013\">centimetre-level accuracy<\/strong>, using a precise combination of <strong data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1070\">LIDAR, GPS, and RFID<\/strong> technologies and proprietary protocols developed by TORSA, tailored to the specific conditions of mining operations.<br data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1190\" \/>Beyond significantly enhancing accident prevention, the system also offers a powerful <strong data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1309\">productivity improvement tool<\/strong> through the use of <strong data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1352\" data-is-only-node=\"\">identification tags<\/strong> installed across the mine\u2019s fleet.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"2281\">The second presentation introduced a <strong data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1481\">pioneering vibration monitoring and analysis system<\/strong> for vehicles used in mining operations. This system enables the real-time measurement and evaluation of the vibrations to which vehicle operators are exposed during daily mining activities. It is a precise tool for <strong data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1729\">occupational risk prevention<\/strong>, helping to reduce the incidence of injuries caused by repetitive exposure to vibration.<br data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1821\" \/>By alerting operators in real time about vibration levels\u2014based on the <strong data-start=\"1892\" data-end=\"1929\">ISO 2631-1 international standard<\/strong>\u2014the system plays a crucial role in preventing chronic injuries. Moreover, it associates vibration data with <strong data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2057\">GPS coordinates<\/strong>, enabling the creation of <strong data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2097\">heat maps<\/strong> that highlight areas of the mine requiring road maintenance.
