The system can either trigger a <strong data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1332\">smart shutdown<\/strong> of the turbines or activate <strong data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1385\">deterrent mechanisms<\/strong> to keep birds away from danger zones.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1641\">The outcome of this project, expected to conclude within one year, will enable the creation of a <strong data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1550\">service-oriented company<\/strong> tasked with delivering comprehensive solutions to eliminate bird collisions in wind farms.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1893\">Plans also include the construction of a <strong data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1716\">technology production center<\/strong> at the <strong data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1760\">Andalusian Technology Park (PTA)<\/strong> in M\u00e1laga, where the devices designed for this purpose will be manufactured\u2014giving the company its own in-house production capacity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1895\" data-end=\"2200\">In this aspect, <strong data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"1931\">Torsa Renovables<\/strong> will work with <strong data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1962\">DeTect Inc.<\/strong>, a US-based company that supplies one of the world\u2019s most advanced bird detection systems. DeTect\u2019s equipment is used by <strong data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2092\">NASA<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2128\">U.S. Department of Defense<\/strong>, and other leading scientific and technological institutions worldwide.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2594\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Environmental organizations and associations have already expressed interest in and support for the project.
