We are looking for a Junior Sales professional with previous B2B sales experience to join the Neptune team and lead commercial prospecting in new geographic markets (Portugal as a priority) and sectors (3PL, Pre-wholesalers).

Neptune is an advanced visual traceability system for order picking. It not only generates objective and complete evidence for every logistics operation but also acts as a key tool for significantly reducing claim management times. Through image and video capture stations integrated at critical points of the picking process, the system automatically links each piece of evidence to the order and the containers involved, integrating seamlessly with the warehouse WMS/ERP.

This comprehensive traceability provides customers with greater control over the picking process, allowing them to identify, resolve and close incidents more quickly and accurately, improving operational quality and the final customer experience. Neptune adapts to different operational flows through three types of stations designed according to the type of order preparation.

🎯 What will you do?

Commercial support

  • Attend commercial meetings led by the PLL team, observe negotiations and learn common sales objections

  • Execute prospecting lists (LinkedIn, email and calls) under PLL supervision

  • Prepare commercial proposals and customised presentations, and update the CRM (pipeline, activities)

  • Schedule demos and coordinate technical visits with the engineering team

Market prospecting

  • Lead prospecting in Italy and Portugal: company mapping, LinkedIn/email outreach, discovery calls, meeting scheduling, trade fairs and events

Trade fairs and events

  • Attend industry trade fairs (Intralogistics Valencia, Logistics & Automation Madrid, pharma events in Italy)

  • Active networking and lead generation

🧩 What we are looking for

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or similar

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling technological solutions (software, hardware, SaaS) or complex services

  • Experience in sales cycles of 6–12 months, involving multiple stakeholders and average deal sizes of €50k–€150k

  • Active prospecting mindset, comfortable generating opportunities from scratch

  • Strong organisational skills: CRM management, structured follow-ups and high-quality proposals

  • English level B2–C1, spoken and written

Desirable skills

  • Portuguese (preferred but not mandatory). Training will be provided if required
