Torsa, in line with the “Strategy for Sustainable Mining in Andalusia 2030 (EMSA 2030)”

The strategy approved by the Regional Government of Andalusia advocates for a type of mining that promotes “innovation and business cooperation projects, while ensuring the safety of people and facilities”. Torsa Global, as an Andalusian company that designs, develops, and manufactures its own solutions for the mining sector, is not only fully aligned with the principles outlined in the Strategy for Sustainable Mining in Andalusia 2030 (EMSA 2030), but has also been developing proprietary technology for over ten years to meet the very goals now being set for the Andalusian mining sector.

The mining solutions offered through the .torsacloud platform—available in Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Australia—include a wide range of modules for areas such as safety (collision avoidance systems), occupational health (vibration monitoring system, occupational hazard monitoring), operations (fleet management systems, productivity improvement tools, etc.), and ESG (fuel and water savings, among others). These solutions contribute to building a mining model that is “innovative, circular, energy-efficient, and with a lower carbon footprint, equipped with the most advanced safety systems”, as highlighted by Jorge Paradela, Minister for Industry, Energy and Mines of the Regional Government of Andalusia.
